Tacho
Backup: Download data from the tachograph every 28 days
- Card
Backup: Download data from the Drivers’ cards every 14
days
- Reminder: An operator will call you if the data are not
received on time
- Report: You
receive a monthly prospectus unencrypted with the data contained
in the Drivers’ cards (driving hours, infractions…)
- CD: You
receive every 6 months on a CD all the download data
Tacho Backup and Card Backup(*) include in the basic
version
- The
onboard equipment necessary to download data
- The
SIM card for data traffic
- Data
sending through e-mail
- The
secure storage of data on the server ACTIA
- Standing
control of correct on board electronic device functioning
- The
onboard electronic device warranty in case of failure
Are
optional
- Device assembling to pay in installments (**)
Other services that we propose to you
- "Reminder" Service: If we do not receive your
card or tachograph data, we
will call you to perform together the operations to download
data
- Report Service: we send a report with the unencrypted
downloaded data from your drivers’ cards, containing:
- Cumulative
working/driving hours
- Possible
infractions according to European social law
(*) To benefit from this
Card Backup service it is necessary to undersign at least one Tacho
Backup subscription.
(**) Otherwise the amount for the assembling will be settled
directly to the ACTIA technical center
